Libya's Shifting Sands (2): Sirte

After forcing ISIL from Derna, Libyan government-backed forces find themselves fighting ISIL in the central coastal city of Sirte, 850 kilometres west. A government victory here may also not end threats to the re-building of Libya and its future stability.
