Much to Katie’s dismay, Anna-Kat becomes best friends with Chloe Brown Mueller’s daughter, Penny. When Katie takes extreme measures to avoid Chloe and keep the girls apart, Anna-Kat and Penny are forced to take matters into their own hands.
